13.12.2019 года вступили в силу изменения в Федеральный закон от 07.08.2001 N115-ФЗ «О противодействии легализации (отмыванию) доходов, полученных преступным путем, и финансированию терроризма».
Изменения вносятся Федеральным законом от 02.12.2019 N394-ФЗ «О внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации».
Изменяются квалификационные требования к специальным должностным лицам.
Федеральный закон № 394-ФЗ также вносит изменения в ряд других федеральных законов в части установления ответственности (вплоть до аннулирования лицензии) за нарушения в сфере противодействия финансированию распространения оружия массового уничтожения.
Поправки вносятся, в частности, в Закон РФ «Об организации страхового дела в Российской Федерации», в Федеральные законы «О банках и банковской деятельности», «О рынке ценных бумаг», «Об инвестиционных фондах» и другие.
